- Learn how to make a super easy and delicious Shakshuka! The Fire Element represents the bitter taste and the color red. We'll show you how to put together this spicy, one dish wonder that can be enjoyed morning, noon and night to support your heart, small intestine and your brain.
Friday May 22nd: EARTH ELEMENT
- Learn how to make a creamy spaghetti squash with brown butter walnuts. The Earth Element represents a sweet taste and the color yellow. We'll show you how one pan and your oven can create a hearty, vegetarian dish that gets even tastier the next day. This dish will support you spleen and your digestive tract.
- Learn how to make a gorgeous sesame noodle and roasted cauliflower bowl. The Metal Element represents a spicy taste and the color white. We'll show you how to prepare and assemble this beautiful, robust dish that the whole family will love. This dish will support your lungs, nose, respiratory tract and your skin.

- Learn how to make a flavor packed roasted eggplant, mushroom and black bean hash. The Water Element represents a salty taste and the colors black and blue. We'll show you to roast eggplant in a way that's actually addictive and how to combine it with complimenting flavors that will support your kidneys, bones, ears and reproductive system.
